Your adventure begins with a full-day cultural excursion to Marangu and Materuni Village, located on the lush slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro. Here, you’ll engage in authentic local activities, learn about Chagga traditions, visit waterfalls, and experience Tanzania’s vibrant rural heritage.
From there, your safari continues into the wild with thrilling game drives in Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds and ancient baobab trees, and Lake Manyara National Park, known for its tree-climbing lions, diverse birdlife, and scenic Rift Valley backdrop.
Next, explore the dramatic and remote landscapes of Lake Natron, a unique alkaline lake renowned for its flamingos, striking volcanic scenery, and cultural encounters with the Maasai community. Enjoy guided walks and activities that highlight the area’s natural and cultural significance.

Day by day Program
Day 1: Arrive Kilimanjaro international Airport - Moshi
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO). Where you will meet with Tanzania Luxury Safaris representative followed by a transfer to Moshi.

Day 2: Marangu Day trip
After breakfast and collecting packed lunch boxes from the hotel, you will have a day trip to Marangu village. After signing in with the required document at Marangu Gate, we will start a walk through the rainforest to the Mandara encampment. On this day you will taste the roof of Africa as you hike around the rainforest found below the foothills of Mt. Kilimanjaro, learn local culture from the villagers, escape to the beautiful splashing waterfalls, and see some of the indigenous species found in the forest, such as red Colobus Monkey, towering Eucalyptus trees, and so much more. After lunch, hike back to the park gate and drive back to Moshi.

Day 3: Materuni Village
Early in the Morning, bustling after having breakfast, we drive to Materuni village for a village tour. This day you will enjoy the beautiful natural scenery of Tanzania as you will be fully immersed in the village way of life and forget the bustle life of the city. Start with a visit to a local coffee plantation farm and taste the fruits of your labour as you learn to grow, roast, and grind your coffee. You will also take a nature walk to Materuni Waterfall. On the way to Materuni Waterfall, your guide will teach you some local culture/traditions of the locals and pass through a banana farm along the way. We will end our day with a delicious local lunch prepared by the locals, followed by a drive to Arusha for an overnight stay at Mount.

Day 4: Arusha National Park
In the morning, after having your breakfast, pick up from your hotel in Arusha and drive to the Arusha National Park situated at the foothills of Mount Meru. The park has numerous features such as Mout Meru with a height of 4,562.13 metres (14,968 ft) acts as an ideal high-altitude acclimatization warm-up before conquering the Kilimanjaro Mountain, walkable crater rims from Ngurudoto crater, stunning waterfalls and a vast amount of Animals which you will spot on the game drive and a bright day you can easily steal the view of Mt. Kilimanjaro within the park. Lunch will be taken at a picnic place in the afternoon, and you will continue with a game safari in the park. Afterwards, we will take you back to Arusha for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 5: Tarangire National Park
After breakfast and packing our meal, we will take a 3-hour drive to Tarangire National Park for a full game drive. Tarangire National Park is believed to have the highest concentration of wildlife of any other National park in the country, as it is populated with large herds of elephants, impalas, Zebras, wildebeests, elands, lesser kudus, gazelles, giraffes, waterbucks, and, on some occasions, leopards and Rhinos can be spotted around. Also, the park is weirdly known for its large trunks of the Baobab tree, with trunks more than 100 feet long. Tarangire River flows through the park and becomes the only water source for thousands of migrating animals such as Zebras, elands, wildebeest, impalas, giraffes, gazelles, ostriches, flamingoes, and elephants, especially during the dry season, making it a wonderful experience for our safari.

Day 6: Lake Manyara National Park
On this day, we will drive to Lake Manyara National Park and extend the safari to the northern park of Tanzania the capital city of tourism. Lake Manyara National Park is one of the smallest national parks in the northern circuit of Tanzania, with an average area of 330sqkm. The park is covered with groundwater forest, acacia woodland, swamps, and open grasslands, making it a favourable place for animals such as Giraffes, zebras, elephants, buffalo, leopards, primates (baboons and vervet monkeys), and bird species. Lake Manyara National Park is also famous, known for its tree-climbing lions. The shallow Hippo Pool offers excellent opportunities for hippo sightings and you will have a spectacular view of the Rift Valley Escarpment. After breakfast, you will depart for Serengeti National Park with packed lunch boxes from Ngorongoro Farm House.

Day 7: Lake Natron
Breakfast in the morning, followed by a short drive to Lake Natron via Engaruka Road. Lake Natron is a Salt Lake that lies at the foot of an active volcano mountain ‘’Mt Ol Doinyo Lengai. The lake is 57 kilometres long and 22 kilometres wide. Being close to an active volcano mountain, the lake is highly concentrated with alkaline from soda ash washed away from the Ol Doinyo Legai Mountain during the rainy season, making it a favorable place for green and red algae’s growth, hence providing the green and red pigment colour to the lake. Lake Natron is a suitable place for the flamingo to hatch their eggs since the place is secluded, which lowers the risk of predators. Lake Natron has the largest flamingo migration in the world about 2.5 million flamingos are coming they’re yearly to breed (75% of the world population). Lake Natron is the only well-known breeding site for millions of lesser flamingos in Africa, covering the lake from August to October.

Day 8: Serengeti National park
After an early breakfast, collect your packed lunch boxes and drive to Serengeti for a full-day game drive. The name Serengeti is derived from the Maasai word *Siringiti*, which means endless plains due to the presence of an endless grass plain spread through the southern part of Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The park is famous for its annual migration (great migration of wildebeest), and it is one of the largest national parks in Tanzania with an area of 14,763 square km, Serengeti is home to an abundance of wildlife and is one of the few parks where you can spot the big 5 and many carnivores together with birds of prey. In the late evening, I transferred to the lodge for dinner and overnight

Day 9: Serengeti National Park
On this day, you will be processed to enjoy the wonderful plains of Serengeti driving through swampy areas with nutritious grass to increase the chance of seeing the great migration of wildebeest, accompanied by predators, such as crocodiles, lions, leopards and some of the raptors and water. Accommodation Serengeti. You will also pass through the Retina Hippo Pool to observe masses of hippos from a safe vantage point.

Day 10: Central Serengeti National Park
On this day, after the morning game drive, you will visit the central park of Serengeti drive through the plains and swamp area, and spot multiple animals as they start their day. Afterwards, you will visit the Seronera visitors centre for a lunch break and other necessary amenities such as a washroom, shop, etc. While you’re at Seronera Visitors Center, you will proceed to will proceedget more insight into Serengeti National Park and the Serengeti and Maasai Mara ecosystem from the local guides, then game drive to the par.

Day 11: Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Crater
Enjoy the early morning after breakfast from the hotel you will descend to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, with packed Lunch boxes from the hotel for a full day game drive. The crater is about 200 km across, 600 km deep and 300 km in area. This breathtaking caldera was listed as one of the 8th wonders of the World by UNESCO. Deep within the crater, enclosed by towering walls, you have a good chance of spotting, The Big 5‟: i.e., Lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino leopard, and other carnivorous animals, a lot of birds, and tree species. Also, it is the only protected site that allows human settlement in the area, so, see a Maasai warrior wandering in the bush while on the safari.

After breakfast, drive to Arusha airport to connect the flight to Zanzibar or back home.
