Rivertrees Country Inn is a delightful country estate, formerly an old coffee farm and still has the nostalgic air of a well-loved homestead. The grounds are a sprawling ten acres of fertile greenery, an extension of the sloping foothills of Mt Meru and a sanctuary for the birds and wildlife indigenous to the area.
Elegant rustic cottages are scattered along the river and among the thickets of tall trees. The lush lawns and birdsong make a peaceful and picturesque setting. Located in the middle of a region abundant with nature reserves, montane forests and lively village culture, the possibilities for discovery are endless.
The restaurant serves delicious meals made from freshly harvested garden ingredients, old family recipes, oven fired pizzas and the best of locally grown coffees in the region. Delicious candle-lit dinners are served by the light of the fireplace or under the stars and watchful eyes of resident owls.
